Ingredients:
4 cups broccoli, cut and shredded
3 apples, diced
¼ cup red onion, diced
½ cup dried cranberries or raisins
½ cup sunflower seeds
Dressing
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Directions:
cut florets into very small pieces
if you'd like, peel the broccoli stalk and cut into small matchsticks to use in the salad as well
in a large bowl combine broccoli, apples, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds
in a medium bowl whisk together all of the ingredients for the dressing
add the dressing to the salad and toss, chill until ready to serve
