our board
The board of directors is the governing body of a nonprofit. Individuals who sit on the board are responsible for overseeing the organization’s activities. Board members are encouraged to participate in sub committees that play to the strength and talents of each board member. Board terms are 3 year terms with an opportunity to renew after three years
Annually applications are accepted due by August 1st for board membership beginning in January of the following year. Board appointment positions are voted on in October. Members begin as non voting members in November and full members in January.
